EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Manages Department Heads' calendars and independently schedules appointments based on availability.
Manages the administrative needs of assigned staff (includes travel, expenses, client files, billing, and presentations).
Preparing database for strategic partners and clients.
Responds proactively when needed to group correspondence.
Coordinates client meetings/presentations by arranging for conference rooms, catering, and providing appropriate information to attendees.
Assists in research and preparation of presentation.
Responsible for supporting Account Executives and Department Leadership with preparation of documents, and follow-up on timelines and deliverables.
Works closely with team to identify and suggest solutions on how to improve departmental administrative tasks.
Provides receptionist coverage as assigned.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Some college coursework required; associate degree preferred.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Strong ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Team player; ability to work effectively in a team environment and with all levels.
Strong problem solving skills and detail oriented.
Able to function in a fast-paced environment.
GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Develop concepts and communicates ideas.
Create compelling designs for web, mobile and living-room devices.
Create show art to represent primetime, daytime and late night shows.
Provide quality assurance of all creative deliverables.
Contribute to the innovative development of the creative department.
