Tamara Keller | Vice President

Proof: From analyzing multi-million dollar budgets for the federal government to managing multiple client types at one of the largest consulting companies in the world, Tamara is passionate about pursuing projects outside of her comfort zone. She has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Morgan State University, a Master of  Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in City Planning from Georgia Tech and Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland – College Park. 

Experience: Tamara has over 15 years of strategic consulting and project management experience in both the private and public sector. With a background in engineering, finance and operations management, Tamara brings her analytical expertise into all facets of client projects. 

Fun Facts: When she is not in Paris, researching Paris, reading about Paris or planning her Parisian retirement home, Tamara can be found daydreaming about Paris, cooking a Parisian meal or drinking a French wine.
