SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Manages Department Heads' calendars and independently schedules appointments based on availability.

  • Manages the administrative needs of assigned staff (includes travel, expenses, client files, billing, and presentations).

  • Preparing database for strategic partners and clients.

  • Responds proactively when needed to group correspondence.

  • Coordinates client meetings/presentations by arranging for conference rooms, catering, and providing appropriate information to attendees.

  • Assists in research and preparation of presentation.

  • Responsible for supporting Account Executives and Department Leadership with preparation of documents, and follow-up on timelines and deliverables.

  • Works closely with team to identify and suggest solutions on how to improve departmental administrative tasks.

  • Provides receptionist coverage as assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Some college coursework required; associate degree preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.

  • Strong ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Team player; ability to work effectively in a team environment and with all levels. 

  • Strong problem solving skills and detail oriented.

  • Able to function in a fast-paced environment.

GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop concepts and communicates ideas.

  • Create compelling designs for web, mobile and living-room devices.

  • Create show art to represent primetime, daytime and late night shows.

  • Provide quality assurance of all creative deliverables.

  • Contribute to the innovative development of the creative department.

  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Must be detail oriented.

  • Experience designing websites and/or mobile apps.

  • Ability to think creatively and justify concepts to clients and team members.

  • Experience with strategic brainstorming and creative execution.

  • Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines.

  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator,  Photoshop and InDesign.

  • Proficient in Social Media marketing and understands various social platforms and management programs such as Hootsuite.
